Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the delicate fabrics are handled with care to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and designer tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
